All products on our website are legal in The Netherlands. We cannot provide any information on the legal status of a product in any other country. You accept the responsibility to inform yourself about your local laws, import and custom regulations before ordering and you certify that the import to your country of the products ordered is legal. By placing an order at MagicTruffles you accept all responsibilities regarding the legality of the products that will be shipped to you.

Here at Magic Truffles we want to ensure that your experience is the best it can be. That is why if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you have the option to return it to us within 30 calendar days of receiving it at your delivery address.
There are a few conditions for items returned to us, so please read carefully.
– Perishable items such as magic truffles and grow kits do not qualify for a return, due to their perishable nature. However, if you are not satisfied with a perishable product, please get in contact with our customer service, and we may be able to help.
– All items must be returned in their original packaging sealed, unopened, unused, and undamaged (if applicable).
RETURNING YOUR ITEM
If you wish to return an item, please contact a member of our Customer Service Team by email via firstname.lastname@example.org. Only once arranged with a member of our team may an item be returned. If damaged, we will be happy to send out a replacement once the original item has received back to us and inspected.
If your item was damaged upon delivery, you must inform us within 7 calendar days of receipt at your address. You can use the above email address to let us know of any damages (with photos). Once sent back to us, we will inspect the item and send out a replacement if applicable.
If your Magic Truffles product fails while still under warranty, you may contact us with a photo and description showing the defect. Upon receipt and inspection of your item, it will either be repaired, or a replacement will be sent out to you.
If a refund has been requested, upon the agreed return of an item to our warehouse, a member of staff will inspect the item to ensure it meets the above conditions. If approved during the inspection, a refund will be issued within 14 days back to you via store credit or your initial payment method if possible.
– Return costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or is being returned under a warranty scheme.
